I received by email a great $10 gift certificate for my birthday! But my printer is out of ink so I can’t  print it!

  • Please reply to the email with your request, and confirm your mailing address and we will be happy to mail your gift certificate to you!
Can I use my promotion two times?

  • No. Please refrain from using the gift certificate or coupon twice. Each certificate has a specific promotional code. Please do not abuse the promotions.

I signed up for Restaurant X, but I also want to become a member of Restaurant Z, do I have to sign up again for the second restaurant?
  • Yes.  You must sign-up again for the second restaurant you wish to become a member of.
    Simply visit the restaurant’s website and sign up on line or visit our list of Clients to see who has joined.

Why do you ask for my street address?  Isn’t my email enough?


  • In order to service our clients better we require you sign up with your address.  There may be instances that our client may want to do a special direct mail offering, and so we need your address.
    Some examples for special direct mail offerings are:
    Grand Opening for a New Location or a Special Event our client wishes to promote.  In these circumstances, the client may wish to send a personal invitation by mail.

    NOTE: We also offer a service to mail you the email promotion should you be unable to print it.
I signed up at the restaurant, and I received an email but you have my name spelled wrong, how can I update it?

  • Please simply reply to the email you received and communicate with us. 

My child is below 13 yrs of age, can they join
VIP eClub®?


  • Yes, with parental consent.  Our system will send an automatic email and keep the membership on hold until a parent contacts us and approves the membership.
I tried to unsubscribe, but it did not work.

  • Please send us an email directly to unsu...@vipeclub.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line, - from the email you originally subscribed.
